M.D. / PH.D. PROGRAM

This program provides the opportunity to combine training in research in any of the programs described above with medical training at the School of Medicine. The program generally takes six to seven years to complete. It consists of the core medical training plus advanced graduate courses during the first two to three years, and finally clinical training leading to the M.D. degree. The combined degree program strives to optimize coursework and research experience for future physicians interested in medical research and academic careers. Most students receive full tuition waiver, a stipend, and health benefits during the full duration of their studies. For more information contact:
