OUTREACH PROGRAMS
Undergraduate Institutions
Faculty and students from the Department of Physiology and Biophysics visit neighboring colleges and universities to present research seminars and/or make presentations to junior/senior-level science classes. We also host campus groups who wish to visit research laboratories and speak with faculty about career opportunities. If you are interested in having a department faculty member or student visit your campus, or if you would like to bring a group to Cleveland, please contact Dr. Tom Egelhoff, 216.368.6971, tte@case.edu. College students may also wish to apply to the Summer Undergraduate Research program described under Education.
Community Science Education
Faculty and students also participate in many community science education events including visits to local classrooms and school science fairs. Area high school students seeking practical laboratory research experience are also welcome. If you would like to arrange a visit to your classroom, or would like to arrange a visit to the department please contact Dr. Tom Egelhoff, 216.368.6971, tte@case.edu.
