Tissue Culture Rooms Welcome

The tissue culture rooms in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics provide instrumentation allowing investigators to culture various cell lines, primary cells, and cells derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells. The tissue culture room is operated by multi-investigators, a shared-used facility within the department. The rooms are equipped with tissue culture incubators, cell culture hoods, various light microscopes, bench centrifuges, water bath, and liquid nitrogen tanks to stock cells.
